Printform Labs is stocked with the latest Mimaki industrial digital print hardware and we have a Mimaki JFX200-2513 4×8′ UV flatbed, a Mimaki UJF-3042HG 12×16″ UV flatbed and a Mimaki CJV-150 130 print+cut roll machine.  Other equipment includes a Seal Image 6000 60″ laminator, Delta drill press and Juki industrial sewing machines. We provide a half-day training on each machine and once you’re certified you can book time on the machines to rent by the hour.

We also provide print application engineering services on a time & materials basis (by the hour: all-in, ink and other supplies included).  We also have partners who produce precision jigs and fixtures for the machines to accurately locate your product/material quickly and repeatably.  We find that the combination of these services helps people get their products to market much faster and gets you educated on the machines, their broad capabilities and limitations.  Usually after this you know what your COGS will be to get the product made and out the door, and have a plan on how to do that.
